Monica Nordhaus is a Columbia and Yale-trained executive coach and inclusion strategist. She specializes in executive management and leadership development in entertainment, technology, consumer products, and finance. She partners with executives and teams to engage and inspire those around them, to build trust and collaboration in challenging situations, to manage conflict and foster communication, and to create a positive impact on productivity and bottom-line results. She also offers #MeToo coaching and inclusion programs for companies looking to create transformative cultural change. She works with clients globally -- in person and via Skype.

Nordhaus knows how to navigate career transitions. She began her career in the entertainment industry in New York, where she worked as a talent manager, literary agent, casting director for Julian Schnabel on the Oscar-nominated film Before Night Falls, and director of development for Tim Robbins. She has also worked as a filmmaker. In Los Angeles, Nordhaus was chief of staff to the chairman & CEO of the William Morris Agency and was a founding team member of Fashionology, an innovative digital and retail experience before embarking on a coaching career. She has had the honor and privilege to work with leaders from organizations like these: Aol, Apple, Ares Management, Algenist, Beachbody, Buzzfeed, CBS, DGA, Discovery, Disney, Estée Lauder, Fox, Google, Hyland’s, NBCUniversal, Netflix, Steve Madden, UCLA Health, Starz, WGA and Yext, among others.
